Refund Policy
We maintain strict quality control standards. Every pair of sunglasses is inspected manually before being dispatched from our studio. Because of this, our policy is simple and firm.
01. No Refunds
We follow a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer monetary refunds. We encourage you to choose your frames carefully and use our WhatsApp consultation service if you are unsure about the fit.
02. Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Terms and conditions for exchanges are as follows:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product as it is taken out of the box. No video, no exchange.
- Time Limit: Any issues must be reported to our team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- Original Condition: The product must be unused, with all original tags, cases, and cleaning cloths intact.
03. The Process
If your exchange is approved based on the unboxing video and inspection, we will issue a replacement for the same model. If that model is out of stock, you will be provided with a store credit valid for 6 months.
04. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
