01. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sunglasses Studio. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause listed here.

02. Product Representation

We strive for 100% accuracy, but we are not liable for:

• Color Variance: Differences in display settings on your device may slightly alter the perceived color of frames or lenses.
• Fitment: While we provide dimensions, the final fit is the customer’s responsibility. Sunglasses are non-medical accessories.

03. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders with pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed to the original source.

04. Transfer of Risk

Once a package is handed over to our logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.), the risk of loss or delay passes to the customer. While we will assist in tracking, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address information provided by the user.

06. Limitation of Liability

Sunglasses Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

07. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, and descriptions, are the property of Sunglasses Studio. Unauthorized use of our brand assets for commercial purposes will result in immediate legal action.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our headquarters is located.
