Once a package is handed over to our logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.), the risk of loss or delay passes to the customer. While we will assist in tracking, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address information provided by the user.
To protect our business from false damage claims, we enforce a strict Unboxing Video Policy:
You MUST record a single, continuous, unedited video of the package being opened. The video must show the shipping label clearly, the sealed box, and the extraction of the product.
Failure to provide this video voids any claim for exchange or damage. No exceptions.
Sunglasses Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
